She was a regular model of the now defunct Candy magazine, and has acted in three movies – Odoru Daisousasen THE MOVIE 2, koibumi and A Perfect Day for Love Letters. She also appeared in the reality show “Idol Michi” and made a commercial for Takara, “Popura 2,” as well as an award-winning commercial for the soft drink Fanta. Arguably, her best known job was as Minako Aino/Sailor V/Sailor Venus in the series Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. She was a member of the 2004 edition of the Japanese modeling quartet named Nittelgenic. She has released four photobooks, and four idol DVDs. In order of release date, the photobook titles are: Ayaka no Natsu, Nicchoku, Summer Date, and Moon Doll.
